27 Miles in the rain dedicated to the loving memory of USMC Corporal Robert Lucero -
May 11, 1948 to June 9, 1985 - 38 years ago today he took his life at age 37 after struggling heavily with severe PTSD after coming home from Vietnam. His platoon suffered heavy casualties and fought bravely in No Man’s Land and their battle was featured in Life Magazine. Thank you Cpl. Robert Lucero for your military service to America.
